Terms and Conditions

  1. An employee/pensioner can book maximum of Three rooms. Accommodation cannot be blocked for more than 5 days.
  2. Booking Request is to be given 5 days in advance. Confirmation of the booking will be given 2 days before the check-in date. On confirmation, the applicant will receive the booking confirmation in email.
  3. The officer / official must carry official ID card at the time of check-in. If the guest is not accompanied by the officer / official, the guest needs to carry Aadhar Card along with the photocopy of the official ID card of the officer / official in whose name the guest house is booked.
  4. Extension of stay would be provided subject to availability.
  5. Payments are to be made at the reception counter of Guest house through online mode only.
  6. In case of official exigencies, the allotting authority reserves the right to cancel the booking.
  7. Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited within the Guest House premises.
  8. Standard Check-in time is 12:00 Noon and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
